Kim Russell is a licensed Emergency Response Instructor of who utilizes concise methods of training, focused on hands-on learning with a twist of humor. Her technique of teaching makes the class interesting, enjoyable, and without stressors. In noting, the environment is suitable for the first-timer to the veteran. She receive her Instructor Certification from EMS Safety Services, Inc. EMS Safety Services has been providing quality CPR, AED and First Aid Certification Programs for over 20 years. EMS Safety’s CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens training programs are OSHA-compliant and meet the regulations. She is proud to be a member of EMS Safety Services Instructor Team. “Heart Beats Count” will get you certified in the lifesaving skills of CPR, First Aid & AED.

Kim is a licensed DPW Personal Care Home Administrator. She is currently the Administrator of Christal Personal Care Home, located in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She holds a BA in Health Care Administration from Ashford University and has exstensive experience(20+ yrs) in both the Health Care and Human Services fields.
